Spring masters in Redditch. Better if you've got one for them to match. There's another supplier that someone mentioned on here a while ago which you might be able to find with the search button. The springs on them are pretty strong.

In the Google search box, prefix the website name with "site:"<site name> <search terms>

e.g.
site:www.ybw.com/forums outboard bracket springs
