Got this E-mail recently. Anyone going down that way? Happy to arrange a drop off point at mine (if that is legal?) if someone else could take them down. I live in Danbury about 10 mins from the A12 near Chelmsford. Boat in Burnham.
If you have not recently checked the expiry dates on your flares then now is a great time to complete your check. Pirates Cave Chandlery, based at Unit 14, Northpoint Business Estate, Enterprise Close Frindsbury, Rochester Kent ME2 4LX have arranged, in association with Kent & Essex Police Marine Unit, for the local Kent Bomb Disposal Team to be available at the chandlery on Saturday 20th April. 2013 to receive and dispose of your “Out of Date” flares.
