I am looking for a small fibreglass sailing dinghy, and have seen a 12ft Otter advertised. It isnt local so I cant just pop round and have a look and I can't seem to find any thing on the net about them. Any one got one or know were I can get some info on it.? Is it any thing like an enterprise ?

I learned to sail in an Otter, and we sailed one for many years. Ours had the wooden gunter rig, it was also available as wooden bermudan or alloy bermudan. These used the same mailsail.

More subjective comments - it planes quite easily for a low performance dinghy, more comfortable in the sea than a Mirror (and much faster).

I think I can remember most of the rigging and fittings from ours.
