Shootin' and drinkin'. Not all at once tho. Got a bike, but its too bloody mad. 157mph gets more than my clothes flappin'. Used to race them at clubman level before I got married. Now I just take the porker to track days with a load of other nutters. Bit like this forum really. Mainly shooting apart from the boat. Clays and rough with a bit of target rifle thrown in when the weathers not that good. Spose the drinking is the main hobby tho. Can normally get to do that most days if the wife lets me out. Its quiet surreal riding a bicycle home from the pub in the dark after you've had a pint or two!

Used to have about 30 Jacob sheep some hens and ducks. Now just about 16 Carp and Dirty Harry the Donkey. Cant really call Dirty Harry a Hoby though. Used to play an organ but Tutts threw the music away so that was the end of that.

I've got an RC30 with all the yoshi tuning bits bolted on. Only prob is its all or nothing. Stopped riding it daily a while ago as some twat in a BMW thought it would be good to try and kill me on the M25 a couple of years ago. Still got a Honda XR for messing about in the mud.

Mmmm...RC30. Best bike ever made, imho. Lucky bugger! And an XR, too. I'm embarking on an XR650 supermoto this winter...it's going to be the mutt's nuts.

What about a sail past

I am very tempted to ask SWMBO for one of these for christmas

http://www.modelslipway.com/broom.htm

Do the pannel think this would be easy to build, sail, etc..

Re: What about a sail past

Remote control models are notoriously unreliable, interference, poor wiring running out of power etc, etc all cause problems. With aircraft you simply grab the nearest carrier bag and pick up the pieces. With boats, although the damage is less picking them up can be more of a problem unless water is shallow or you have another boat. Also not sure how well sea water mixes with models electrics.

Suggest that model boats are best built and left to look pretty on mantle piece or if your real one is big enough in the cabin. Also don't underestimate build time.

Still, don't let me stop you, I'll fit some torpedos and we'll re-enact Pearl Harbour.
