ostend at anchor - prior approval to arrive with red diesel in your tank

Gus Lewis in the MBM and PBO video says that Ostend at Anchor attendees from the UK have organised - through the marina - prior clearance with belgian customs that they can arrive with red diesel in their tanks. Gus also says that marinas should be contacted to get prior approval. Anyone tried it or know how we should contact marinas in Ostend?

I'm not a rally, just me, but it would be nice if I could get prior approval and avoid the fines.

we are going to Voor Anker, we also have an entrant (a MFV) coming over with us on the Thursday

I am attending as an entrant. The organisers have said that there is no prob for British vessels carrying red provided they have proof of purchase. They have agreement from the Belgian government.

Thankfully, I only have clear in my tank thus avoiding this nonsense.
