this festival now happens each year on this w/e
it is held within the Mercator Dock / Station area 100+ assorted boats / ships take part + many side shows & merchandice stalls + street performers & marching bands

It also made my sons trip last year, when he was sitting idly in the cockpit, and happened to glance up and see an amphibious car drive by, complete with elderly driver with driving gloves on!..... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

When you click "Programma" you will find that the program of events is in Dutch/French/English - should give you a fair idea of what's going on.
