Orwell/Stour Cheap hard standing?

Hi folks,
I'm looking for some hard standing in my area, not for full winter, Need to get some work done on my mast/standing rigging, then put her back. Any ideas that won't break the bank? So far it's looking like £980 ish in and out but for whole winter season, inc. jet wash, mast down/ storage etc which I don't especially need..
11 meters, 7 tonne, 3.6 beam, 2.0m Draft..........

If the Orwell would be Ok then either Larkmans or Granary Yacht Harbour would be cheaper.

Have you tried Debbages? Can you get hauled out at Pin Mill? Don't you have to come out for the winter anyhow? That is, will you be able to stay in the Orwell during the winter? I thought you had to come out in the winter? If you don't need winter hardstanding, and the work on your mast isn't urgent, consider coming out for the work in the summer, when it is much cheaper to have boat hauled out, etc. as the cranes are not so busy then.
