The 95mm diameter rubber sealing discs that fit over the fuel canisters to prevent loss of fuel by evaporation when the stove is not in use are made of some kind of rubber.

Any of you know what type of rubber it is please?

Mrs P. has burnt a hole in one of them trying to light the stove with it still in place. Replacements are a silly price so I intend to buy a sheet of the material and cut a few out of it as she is bound to repeat her crime. :(

Looking at the Origo discs I have in the garage the material looks like neoprene, you can get thin neoprene sheets for about £5 on ebay.

To be honest, many things will work.
I've used silicone cut from an oven mitt. It worked very well over a number of years.
At the moment, I'm using a scrap of leftover headlining. Seems to do the job

Silicone is quite incomparable with some denaturing additives. Varies by brand of ethanol and country. Methyl isobutyl ketone and esters are used a lot here, and butyl is better than neporene or silicone. UK could be vary different. I tried silicone and it warped all to hell. Not useable. Neoprene OKish (some warping), butyl rubber perfect. I'm sure it varies.
