Orca 8 Running Lean

Hi, pretty new to this and have recently purchased a SIB and Orca 8 Outboard. First trip on the river was OK but have some running issues with the motor. It has been run-in as per the manual, but looking at the plug I can see it’s running lean. Can anyone help on the carb settings, so I can richer the mixture? Picture of plug attached

I seem to think that Orca are a Chinese clone, if anyone knows what they are based on then you could find a manual.
