ORC certificate and keel depth

Does anybody know if a deep or swallow keel (same boat model - different keel version) will have any difference in the ORC certificate? Better or worse? Swallow will be faster downwind but deeper will be better upwind.

I assume that you mean an IRC certificate

Will it make a difference: Yes, in general a deeper keel gives more righting moment hence the boat can generate more drive and gets a more punitive handicap
