Indeed, not likely to go anywhere on it until at least mid February...
Me thinks the EA could get a little upset if lots of people think likewise and delay renewing.

It'll only disturb their cash flow and being a Gov't department - they don't understand such concepts.....
You pay for the full year anyway....

Indeed you do but if I'm not using the boat, why not keep the money in my account rather than their's until I am ready to use the boat? Seems the courts believe this is the correct approach too...
