There's a bit of a mountain to climb in terms of the "goodwill" that comes with the business. Many think that the mooring charges are excessive and the punitive £2 per head landing charge (if you anchor) doesn't go down too well either.

It's a helluva price for a business worth £5.5 a year, a log cabin and a corrugated iron shed that you'd need to throw away and start again.

I'm at a point in my life where a move and change of career could be tempting, but I reckon my top offer would be about £50K
