OpenCPN Tides & Currents

I'm sure there's an answer to this in a previous thread somewhere but I can't find it so here goes again.

Can someone point me to the data that can be loaded into OpenCPN to give this year's tides and currents for the south coast and northern/western France.

Thanks for the link to the previous thread. However, I am currently (no pun) only seeing UK tide stations and no tidal stream info. What I really want is data that can be displayed in OpenCPN, especially tidal stream data, for the Channel and France.

I remember a couple of years ago someone (he may have been French) gave a link to such data which I now can't find. Does anyone have this link or equivalent?

You need to remove ''preview'' from the end of the link and then you can download.
