Which marina was this in Oostend the outer or inner? I think the outer marina only has refuelling from road tankers?

inner harbour, there is a truck comming who's bunkering the fishing boats
if yr in the harbour call Stephan Belpaeme bunkering +3250812137
but you need to say it to the harbourmaster when yr in ( stephan is the only one the admit because he doesnt make a mess in the harbour ( i have no comm int with Stephan)
