We saw this in passing today then found it on local news. The boat had been out in the night rescuing 40 migrants. Dropped them off in Arecife then headed for home. Eek, shortcut was a long cut.....

Big gov. Tug just made it from Gran Canaria to get them off at high water.....or risked getting neaped. 100 miles each way, took them five minutes to do job.
