Dockside walls usually weeep for days after pumpout and these are bone dry.
If crew were injured this would almost certainly have been a sudden event rather than a gradual one. Hard to imagine continuing to pump either in or out as a vessel took on a list like that.
There must have been a sudden twang somewhere.
Shame, as superyachts go this one is unusually tasteful.
