Just read this and would thoroughly recommend it. Beautifully written and very moving. The first page reads;
By the age of 21 my son had sailed aboard a tall ship across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
At the age of 22 he wrote a poem which, once heard, can never be forgotten.
At the age of 23 he took his own life.
This is what I did next.
That brought me to tears. The book is About the author's journey to understand his son better through his poetry and by sailing to Cape Horn. It is a story that is simply inspirational at several levels.
