Editing quoted content to deliberately misrepresent that which has been written is an example of behaviour users can find their accounts being restricted over, persistent misdeeds can eventually bring an end to a users' participation.

Is there a definition of 'persistent misdeeds'? There does appear to have been series of recent examples of both persistent, in fact almost continuous, and misdeeds. But in looking at some posts the individual's lack of patience might make for too much bias.
