What does the Panel think ? Is it safe to leave the Eberspacher heating running all night when on board. Must admit I'm very nervous at doing so.

I have done this numerous times, the only draw back was the first time when I had it set too high and woke up in a bath of sweat, damn effecient heaters in February./forums/images/icons/smile.gif

What is it that scares you, if the fuel stops or the burner goes out the unit will shut down, as it will when your batteries tire.

I would not worry about it, these are very safe robust little units, it's not like gas, it is warm fresh air, all combusted and bad gases go out the exhaust.

Thanks as I have been wondering the same thing - so am I correct in thinking that fumes etc should not be an issue, nor fire risk?

If it's properly installed, no different to running a central heating boiler at home.

I leave mine on all the time through the night.
Fumes go outside and will cut out it there is a fuel problem.
No problem IMHO
