but a mate went to a place in Chichester and ordered one and it cost £700, he wanted it before he went away for a week but they said it could be made but not delivered but he could collect, in the end he collected it from the factory, I was talking to the guy there and had one made the same for £350.

It was Wiggo, but I can't find the link. Just take a chainsaw to a standard bed mattress, chop to fit and slap a lump of red hot tar on the open end.
