The venerable JJ is shore bound for the foreseeable after curing his list and deviation
should ipc invite a reader panel to test boats
Rather than checking stiffnes and stability curves and apreciating deep fiddles.
we should check the time it takes to heat up a fray bentos and just how many end of coils bought from local boat jumbles you can ram in the starboard locker before crushing the holding tank.
all inall and without wishing to diminish the great man's works i feel a panel could be got up to look at the other side of boat performance.
there has to be a market for people who really want to know how many people you can actually get drinking in the cockpit and how long it would take to clear all fridges and lockers of beer.
my other worry is will JJ now induce his own variation?
does he have to be demagnetised annually? will he attract mines?
