On-line charts or position finder?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a web-site where you can enter lat and long and get the postion displayed on a chart? OK, I know you can buy on-line charts but I'm just interested in something that shows me roughly where the given position is, sort of marine equiv of the UKstreekmap but high level.

Google Earth can show lat & long

Put in N50 47'25.92" W1 06'31.81" into the search bar and get taken to the portsmouth money drain .... or Spinaker Tower as some are now calling it.
