I happened to have to collect some thing from the RYA HQ yesterday and in conversation with the my friend at the desk when I asked how her day was, she said manic! The calls about how to get in boating that morning had been overwhelming.

Sure the rya will direct them in the way of sail boats. Apparently if it hasn't got sails it doesn't count to them!
