Old mariner 4hp outboard question

Hello everyone, needing to get replacement parts for my Mariner 4hp 2 stroke outboard. The serial number is 6E0074520 and it was made in Japan but this doesn't seem to match any information I can find online
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks Neil

It's a 4A which starts 6E0 - 0...... It's the dash that works.
