Old instruments

I have an Eastwood 24 1971 Motor cruiser
One of the old instruments is causing some confusion it has 30 40 50 round the outer a level indicator red and a hours timer I think there's a G makers mark any ideas?

Hard to tell without photos.

My guess: G could be the logo of the engine maker (?Gardner? seems unlikely). What make of engine do you have?

It's some kind of combo instrument with rpm/100; fuel level; and running hours for the engine. But I literally have no idea

It's a ford Watermota pre crossflow the makers mark looks like D G
