Been using the original ct1 for few years above and below the waterline, never had any problems other than Trying to get the excess off after it’s set,
I’ve been repairing my windows on the boat using the new tribrid ct1 on the joins of the anodised aluminium ,
after it’s set it feels just like silicone very unlike old ct1 ? And I can scratch it off the parts I’ve got it on by Mistake even after it’s fully set , don’t worry I’ve not set the frames into the grp with it ive used butyl tape , but my point is hopefully this is not one of the products that gets the so called “new better version thats more environmentally friendly “ but in reality it’s rubbish compared to the original product, all antifoul products come to mind and so does hammerite that was great now it’s carp

I used CT1 for a long time but did try OB1 when it came out. It does seem to me to be the same as original CT1 so I shall carry on using OB1...

I took a couple of tubes of OB1 out to Greece in September. It set well, pretty quickly and felt extremely firm as expected. I think it did stick well to the fibreglass. Seems to perform well and is good value. Of course I don't know how well it will last yet.
