Been meaning to try this for ages but just never had the time to set it up. So here goes with the obligatory wake shot!

It is of course on a run back from IOW season before last. There is a river in Croydon, the Wandle, but it runs right through Chav town, so I'm not taking my boat along there!!!

Going so fast that you have spatio-temporal distortion of the horizon along the x-y axis.

What's the boat you're towing in the distance ?

I seem to recall it's a container vessel of some kind. Here's another shot of the boat - going a bit slower this time!

I am admiring your boat, its a very similar looking boat to merry fisher 925 is it not although I much prefer the white upholstery & blue hull on yours. is it the same designer ?

well done on pics BTW

It's a Beneteau 9.80, so yes, quite similar to the 925, which we looked at at Southampton and liked very much. Both it and the Antares 9 are very similar, and very good boats indeed for a couple, but too small for a family really. We like the blue and are very pleased with her.
