Oil Lamp Burner Replacement

HI Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has this sort of oil lamp burner or do you know who makes them, Im specifically looking for a fount with a handle like this one so it can be lowered into my lantern.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think that's a Kosmos type burner.
