Just 'stocking spares' on the 'new' boat. We have a Coopers oil filter Z93 and Coopers primary fuel filter AZF015 and secondarry filter is Fleetguard FF167.
Halfords seem unable to recommend their equivallent. The engine is a Perkins 4108. Can anyone advise please?
Thanks

the Fleetguard is the cheapest best value you van get, it is the equivalent of the CAV 296

I got a good price from coopers themselves - maybe that's the reason you found them on the engine!
If you've got a TMP/Nicor gearbox, you will want to keep a PH2869 (fram) as fitted to BMC 1.3 engines rover maestro montego ital marina etc. It's got a smaller thread than used on the 4108.

Even if they never get clogged, they get rusty - and that could be messy!

the 4108 has the same oil filter as the V8 Rover SD1
