Oh dear!

[Solitaire]

A friend of mine had his boat taken out of the water today - look what happend when it was being washed off.

All the gelcoat has come off just below the water line - mostly down the starboard side, but also to a lesser degree on the port side. Mat underneath is Ok but will need a moisture test.
