Just got through Tedd Lock got pulled over by PLA there is a godamn rowing race at Putney which does not finish until 3.45 so here we are sitting on the river playing on the internet its now 2.22. ETA Chatham now midnight doh.

You might find it useful to subscribe to the PLA Notices to Mariners service at <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.portoflondon.co.uk/>http://www.portoflondon.co.uk/</A>. They issued an email on 10 March giving notice of river closures between Mortlake and Putney for the Head of The River races as follows

Race Start Date Closure
Schools’ 1100 Thursday 13 March from 0955 to 1240
Women’s 1400 Saturday 15 March from 1245 to 1545
Eights’ 1400 Saturday 29 March from 1230 to 1530
Veterans’ 1100 Sunday 30 March from 1015 to 1200
Tideway Scullers’ 1230 Saturday 12 April From 1115 to 1415

Sorry I cannot reproduce this more neatly!
