Having read horror stories of the site and nightmares in getting a license in posts passim, with some trepidation I opened up the site today.

Easy to use, quick and when I had to sort out a couple of things by phone, efficient and courteous response.

Nice to see a govt agency getting it's act together.

I concour.
colmce, you know better than most My ineptitude at Puters and stuff.
Flip I did it, albeit with a phone call as assitance.

I agree, it Is nice to see a govt agency serving the Populous properly.

Gawd!
Try saying Serving the Populous Properly after Several!

Our experience can only be described as positive. Having purchased a second hand yacht we had to change the radio licence personal details, then discovered that the mmsi was wrong, then we purchased a new epirb. With little effort we have all the paperwork in place, by online correspondence, plus a few phone calls which were very helpful.

Full marks to OFCOM.

Michael.
