What ANOTHER great evening!! Nice to see everybody. Let's hope we all have a super season with plenty of this sunshine.
Good to see a couple of forumites there as well. Unforts no pics...we are a camera shy club??
 
Yes! the Shillingford Bridge Hotel did us proud making up for the fiasco they made of the food last year. I was so impressed that when the tip jug was passed around I put in a 20p piece instead of my normal 10p. Pheran put in 10p and took £1 change. So he must have been happy, he normally drops in a 5p and takes 2 quid.

Have you noticed that we the intelligentsia of the club are always spread around on different tables? They never seat all us Forumites together.

It was quite pleasant not having Chris there. Shouting abuse at everyone and stealing the choicest bits of food off people's plates.

As for spreading the intelligentsia around, I always thought this was like the Royal Family not travelling together. In the event of an accident affecting one table, they wouldn't want to lose all of us at once!!
 
I got the honour of sitting with the commodore.
What a fiddle the raffle was - again - every single person on <span style="color:purple">pande </span>'s table won a prize, you can guess who was organising the raffle!
 
Who is Pande? Everyone except me won on my table, I did go collect a prize but that was on behalf of Fred he was too embarrassed to go up twice.
Perhaps we should ask that all of us should be sat together then put a Forum Burgee up.

But you won twice didn't you?

Never mind, I just won a "ring of arch mage" in the game I play on line. Its called Helbreath Nemesis. Someone has already offered me $500 for it. NO WAY. I am keeping it. Makes some of my spells quite vicious.
