I used to really like it in OV. Spent 7-8 years there. Don't have a boat there at the moment but will more than likely have a boat there again when the marina is finished. (I have a 24m berth sat empty and you are not allowed to sublet, that's about my only gripe with mdl)

I'd check that out actually as I am pretty sure others are doing so as a fella who use to berth close to me was quite proud that he paid nothing to berth in his mates 10m berth
