Does anyone know how to tighten the stantions on a 96' oceanis 381? Have a couple that could with pinching up but don't seem to be able to access the base from underneath inside the boat?

I have some instructions from Beneteau for the Beneteau 361 sanctions (probably are the same) but cannot find a way to upload them. It's a pdf file of 170KB.
Basically the stanction "sits" on a base and can be tightened with an alen key (you should be able to see it). This is the easy part. However, if you need to adjust/remove the base then you need to find the locknut that holds the base. That's inside the boat and usually you need to remove some covers or even cabinets.
