Ocean pocket 2400 manual

Hi,
I've just bought on eBay handy Ocean Pocket 2400, however without manual, and what's worse the conformity certificate, which usually is attached to the manual.
Therefore I am not able to register radio with my boat.
I was sure it's somewhere on the Internet to download, but can't find!

Does somebody has it as .pdf file or know the link, please?

Yes, as long as
-the boat is registered in Poland
- and you want to register the hand held VHF within the Ship Radio Licence.

But the conformity certificate isn't specific to the individual radio. You could just download the certificate for any radio and register that. The faceless civil servants who administer licensing are unlikely to ever check which handheld you're using.
