oars, should they be handed ?

after having bought two for the price of one, i now have to drill holes to fit my inflatable boat pins.
do i drill them parallel to the blades, or toe in or out a bit ?

The oars for my inflatable [an Achilles] have the hole for the pins parallel to the blade, i.e. they are not handed.

I expect it rows better than my inflatable, but I doubt it would go in the cockpit locker.

Well if a boat designed for long distance rowing doesn't have handed oars, why should you bother?
