You can anchore in the harbour for nothing (£5 conservency charge for using the harbour) or there are visitors bouys at itchenor, or chichester marina take visitors.

There are at least 6 pubs within walking distance with two of them being on the waterfront. There is also a very well supported yacht club in the marina.

Dont forget the Chichester Harbour Dues each year. About £100 for a 30 foot boat.
