O&H Marine Lead Blocks/Desk Organizers

Good evening - I have an O&H Marine Deck Organizer - or as the manufacturer calls it: "lead block".

Does anyone have experience of replacing sheaves in these please before I start spannering and if so where to get them? I only need one.

Like a lot of the kit on my (new to me) Shipman 28, this seems to be uncommon in the UK.

I would see if any off the shelf sheaves are 'near enough'.
You can add a washer, bore out the hole, sleeve with ss tube etc.

Or sometimes it's worth taking one from an old block in the spares box.
In the limit, I've made my own, there are a couple of traders on ebay who will do that for you.

O & H were in fact incredibly helpful and delivered them to the UK within 3 days €117 for 2. I've also washed my ropes since then
