Mate has speedboat with 50hp o/b that needs servicing based at BH.
Any suggestions? (he's not fond of towing it anywhere asthe trailer is only really good for launching rather than long distance)

BHG Marine are right there. Agents for Yamaha and maybe others. They have a website. I've bought boats from them before but never had service work done, but they seem ok. Full main dealer pricing levels though

A vote for BHG, good bunch of chaps.

BHG is the only outboard specialist on the River. As mentioned, they're good - though my only experience of them is getting a 2hp Mariner serviced. I haven't heard a bad word said about them.

The only other alternative on the River is Buckler's Hard Boatbuilders. It's not their area of expertise and .................. no, let's not go there.
