Dont worry I wont vote for my own pic :-)

Remains medieval FishWeir - Kingston Seymour

There are a number of fishing Structures at Kinston Seymour, dating from approx 1190. Here's one of them

Where was the Avon gorge picture taken from Who. Is it from the suspension bridge? It's my favorite so far, it makes you want to go out and play! which is what makes it so good.

It was taken from the Clifton Suspension bridge, by a very good friend of mine. There are a quite a few others, but that one captures the moment best.

Looking forward to next years festival :-)

Just courtesy really.

We were the last boats into the lock and 1st out.

Yes there is a speed limit up the Avon. Someone will correct me but I think its 8 or 9 knts.

Correct. VTS will soon be onto you if they see you speeding. There used to be speed cameras that worked they have gone now. And city docks are really hot on speeding. I was on the feeder canal doing 25knts in my rib and when I got back to the dock there was harbour master waiting for me. He said somthing like "you have been speeding on the feeder canal, we have spotters you know!"

Graham> I like your photo. It's of one of the best bits of the Bristol Channel!

I guess we don't need to get into rules and regulations about this, but I think there should be a category of "best November photo taken in November" etc.
