Permanent Notices - nothing of vast consequence this week
1. Notification that the three new container terminals between the Dooley and Landguard Terminals at Felixstowe are finished and in operation.
2. Removal of AIS from buoy B2 at the Boston Roads anchorage (only went on there a couple of weeks ago) and redesignation of Boston No 1 SHB as 'No 1'.
3. Changes in light charateristics on two of the Gunfleet Windfarm Turbines (Swin side).
Temporary
1. Five unlit spar buoys with measuring instruments variously off Sizewell. All unlit but have a flag!
2. Couple of large anchors in place in the East Swale, marked with lit buoys, ready for the Stemar Spirit to lay its cable (overdue)
3. London Array Wind Farm - can't make sense of this week's notice - it's badged this week but is the same as last week so either they didn't get anything done last week or the notice has got scribbled. I've asked the question and will update as necessary.
