Some changes in Pegwell Bay to the channel markers of the Stour as it winds over the Bay

Temporary

Up date on the London Array. Cable laying from the Swale will recommence this week. At the moment (Monday 0945pm) the Cable Ship is steaming round North Foreland en route for the Swale. Be warned that when it crossed Fisherman's Gat laying cable, the Gat will be closed.

Environmental studies in the Swale and Medway by Hovercraft! Yes Hovercraft - nice silent things but its collecting sediment and vegetation not counting birds!

do know if Foulgers Gat affected nxt week

I think it's looking pretty clear this week and most of the turbines (but not all) are installed in the vicinity of the Gat so the most likely hindrance next week is inter array cable laying and there is no pattern to where they go. I will know next Monday at this time, if that's not too late for you. I doubt the main cable laying will have reached that far.
