With apologies for the delay - went away for New Year's Eve and then collected a bug which has made me what my Mum would have said 'very disinclined'.
Anyway, Happy New Year and welcome to Week 2 of 2013's NtM. These will make as much sense as drinking an expensive bottle of wine on New Year's Eve when you have a lousy cold!

1. UKHO catching up with the slight movement of the Medway Channel Safe Water Mark notified by Medway Ports in Week 51 of 2012. The move is so small, if you haven't got a thin nibbed pen, this is going to be difficult to note.
2. Some corrections to the Crouch Buoyage. No, no stop! This is the UKHO deleting the old buoyage on the existing chart 1183 (the whole Thames Estuary). So if you amended your charts back in July 2011, everything is fine. Nothing has changed on the ground since July 2011.
3. Lots of new yellow buoys in and around the Gas Fields east of Smith's Knoll and a couple of seabed obstns at a depth that won't trouble us.

Quite, very quiet. Just the London Array where they are quietly burying array cables and surveying.
