4. Port of Rochester – Bridge Reach - Submerged Wreck - Notice is hereby given that a sunken vessel has been reported in Bridge Reach, Rochester. 6. Havengore Bridge: Closed to marine traffic – update - Further to the vehicle collision last week that rendered the bridge inoperable. Our contractors have been on site this week to conduct an assessment and have advised us that no extended damage to the structure or lifting mechanism of the bridge has been sustained and that the barrier repair is relatively simple. The barrier is essential for operating the bridge safely and so regrettably, the bridge will remain closed to marine traffic until further notice. The repairs will go ahead as soon as the parts are available and the contractor can attend and we are optimistic for a return to service in the near future. We will issue an update when we have further information. Nicki Uden – Community Liaison Officer, SHOEBURYNESS RANGE
