It seems to me that this is a good place to post Notices and Chart amendments, if you come across new ones.
I have just found this on the desk at work:
01 & 02 of 2008
No 01 25th Jan - 3rd Feb approx, "Avanti C" will reposition the 4 channel buoys in the approach to the Barrage Outer Harbour, prior to dredging operations.
On or about 3rd Feb the dredger "MV Sospan" and "Avanti C" will be working in the Outer Harbour and approach.
Vessels should contact Barrage Control and await instructions before entering the Outer Harbour
No 02 From 28th Jan for approx 14 days essential maintenance works will take place on the Barrage locks. Restrictions may be in place, particularly around HW and in response to salt concentrations.
Operations will be restricted to Outbound locks on the hour, Inbound on the quarter to the hour.
