1. Change of buoyage and light characteristics in the Vlissengen northern inshore channel approach;
2. Removal of two special yellow buoys to the west of the Zeebruggee harbour entrance.
Temporary
1. North Foreland Lighthouse, works on the AIS on the 3rd of December so will interfere with the service and light adjustments;
2 Two Dredging NtM notices about Felixstowe and approaches. Disposal at the Inner Gabbard and Orwell and Stour sites;
3. Brightlingse Harbour - 'using sediment as a resource'. Geo-blocks and brushwood structures (18m) being used. Geo-blocks just west of the Colne YC pontoon; brushwood structures 20m east of Oliver's Wharf "off the shore at Morgan Marine"
