Quiet week again this week on the UKHO notices. None affecting the monitored area except for notification of the publishing of new editions of charts 1873 and 1874 which cover Dunkerque to the Westerschelde on 27th August.
Temporary
1. River Thames - Littlebrook Power Station, Long Reach, diving works on the caissons for 4 to 5 weeks from 17th August;
2. River Thames - Long Reach - Dartford Creek Flood Barrier, extended testing until the end of September mid-flood and mid-ebb which will affect access;
3. Sunken workboat (awash) in the River Medway upstream of Rochester Bridge;
4. Great Yarmouth - River Yare, Haven bridge not operating at present, cause of failure under investigation. Low craft may pass underneath;
5. Port of Wells, revised notice of dredging operations which is essential reading if entering that port - see Temporary notices on http://www.crossingthethamesestuary.com/page9.html;
