Does anyone know if this is an old wreck, or a recently wrecked vessel?

Since I listened to Swansea Coast Guard announce this during a routine MSI, I have been trying to find out the truth!

Well I don't know if there is a connection but early on in the year I heard on a radio 4 news bulletin which mentioned a large vessel had hit Hartland point ! Which carried on its way and had subsequently sunk. I listened on the next bulletin but it was not repeated . I do know that a number of people were asking about the 4 Bouys in Padstow one (W)of which, I hate to admit I nearly hit on the way down to Padstow at 2 in the morning. It was really raining stair rods with an F6Gust7 and vis was low but when I saw the light 30 feet from me it it seemed to be as bright as the Sun.It gave me a reet shock! ! Hence Why I looked fro the Notice to M' which tells you next to nothing doesn't even give you the exact pos' of each bouy!

Position of Bouys

Having been in charge of basic Navigation for my skipper for a while it strikes me that those persons in charge of letting Mariners know the positions of Bouys, are not really sure themselves!;)
