Not \'where is this\' but \'who is this\'?

Just for a change see if the panel can guess who is this??
A few clues, Chichester Harbour approx 7pm last Friday. Position could be approx half a mile short of the Emsworth pontoon ( The proverbial up sh 1 t creek without a paddle)

Fortunately saved by the newest branch of international rescue aka Chichester

Derek ! I think you will find its up a creek without a paddle or petrol, Mr Tracy from international rescue suggested Ian stuck his oar in (wasnt possible he didn't have one). /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Lucky to find 2 such helpfull people to tow him and the cameraman on an outgoing tide and then re-fuel him all f.o.c.
He did however lodge a complaint during re-fueling that the rescue team should have been carrying a funnel (he was concerned it might spoil his tek dek).

In the opinion of other forum members should the rescue team have stopped fuelling straight away, removed the fuel or thrown a match on board ?(casting adrift would not have been an option as the pontoon drys). /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
